Taxes
West Vancouver Property Taxes are due July 2, 2010 and cover the period January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010. Any unpaid 2010 taxes will be subject to a five per cent penalty levied after July 2, 2010 and a further five per cent penalty levied after September 1, 2010.
Utilities
West Vancouver Utilities will be billed on a quarterly basis in 2010.
As of January 1, 2010, West Vancouver does SPECIAL METER READINGS. If the property is selling, you may request a special meter reading for conveyancing purposes. Please contact the Finance Department at

Preauthorized Payment Plan
If owner is on Preauthorized Payment Plan for conveyance purposes, a cancellation form is required to be signed and returned to our office prior to closing date.
